Started in 2020 by young South Carolina-based DJ & promoter, Seren Santiago; Aphelion Radio is a once-weekly, 3-hour radio show dedicated to showcasing the latest new music from a new generation of international producers. Focusing on the genres of trance & progressive, Aphelion Radio is a weekly recap of new releases from the scene, as well as upcoming releases from some of the highest-quality labels in the scene.

Each week features nearly thirty tracks mixed into a two-hour DJ mix from host Seren Santiago, followed by a bonus third hour hosted each week by a new guest, or taken over by a tried-and-true fan favorite DJ. Since moving to a three-hour format, the show has hosted guests such as Hausman, Discognition, Tohrchu, Grownden, Vintage & Morelli, Ishiro, Julian Gray, Casepeat, & so many more.

In a world where it is becoming increasingly difficult to tell between human-made and AI-generated music, Aphelion Radio promises to be a safe-haven for fans of dance music who are looking for the inimitable human touch that makes dance music so wonderful. Each track played on the show is checked for AI assistance or full AI production to ensure we are promoting true, hard-working producers each and every week.

Aphelion Radio also emphasizes productions from talented solo artists & independent labels, providing a home to promoters, producers, & tastemakers who want a group of hardcore fans who love discovering new names and talent to check out regularly.
